Terms of use

ProManSim is an educational practice tool provided by Bridges Academy. It uses fictional scenarios and AI-generated stakeholder responses and coaching. Results are intended for learning and professional development; they are not certification results, employment decisions, or legal, financial, or professional advice.

Use of ProManSim is also governed by the existing Bridges Academy Terms of Use. You are responsible for using the service lawfully and for not submitting confidential, personal, regulated, or proprietary information during a simulation.

Privacy

Free visitors receive a private guest identifier for usage limits. Subscribers use a verified email address to provide access, associate a subscription, and track monthly usage. A ChatGPT account is not required. Conversation content is sent to OpenAI to provide realtime voice interaction, transcription, and coaching. Payment details are collected and processed by Stripe; ProManSim does not store full card numbers.

The existing Bridges Academy Privacy Policy also applies. Microphone access is used only while a voice session is active. Avoid sharing sensitive personal or business information in a practice conversation.

Billing, taxes, and cancellation

Enrollment is open for the Free plan ($0), Standard plan ($29 per month), and Premium plan ($59 per month). Standard includes 10 monthly voice attempts; Premium includes 25. Paid plans renew monthly until canceled. Prices are stated in U.S. dollars. Automated sales-tax collection is not currently enabled. Bridges Academy may update tax handling when registrations or legal obligations require it. Monthly voice-attempt allowances reset each month and unused attempts do not roll over.

You may update your payment method or cancel through the secure customer billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and access remains available through that period. Except where required by law, completed monthly charges are nonrefundable.
